Overview

We provide an inquiry-based, learner-centered, holistic education in a vibrant, pleasant, and inclusive learning environment in our Primary School. Our learners acquire information, develop skills, and contribute to making the world a better place via our rigorous and engaging Primary Years Curriculum. We are devoted to assisting our students in persevering, having the bravery to make errors, and viewing setbacks as learning opportunities. Our gifted and experienced instructors inspire our students to be interested about the world and to use their creative energy both in and out of the classroom. We have high expectations for all of our students and work with them to help them reach their own best. Our learners that have a growth mindset seek out challenges and become champions of their own learning.

We assist students in developing intellectually, socially, and emotionally. We also urge our students to acquire independence and take charge of their own education. We assist our students in developing a grasp of the world and how to function successfully within it. Our students establish personal ideals and a basis for worldwide awareness to grow and flourish.

Core Curriculum Areas

Our curriculum is built on the notion that students are agents of their own learning and active participants in the learning process. It emphasizes learners and their interactions in order to create a strong learning community. Our PYP students take responsibility and ownership of their learning by using their initiative. They build information, conceptual understandings, abilities, and the traits of the IB Learner profile through learning through inquiry and reflecting on their own learning.

We emphasize the development of the complete kid as an inquirer, both in and out of the classroom. The early years of the PYP are transformational for learners and produce exceptional results by delivering an education that is engaging, relevant, challenging, and significant. The PYP includes the following subjects:

Transdisciplinary Themes

Learners widen their learning by gaining conceptual understandings and increasing their knowledge and abilities across, within, and beyond topic areas, guided by six transdisciplinary themes of global relevance. The six transdisciplinary topics are as follows:

The PYP Exhibition

In Grade 5, students complete an extensive, in-depth research project that culminates their PYP learning experience. They do study on real-world challenges and offer their findings to the whole school community. This project assists learners in developing critical thinking, international awareness, and IB learner profile qualities, as well as preparing them for the Middle Years Program (MYP).
